This Privacy Policy explains how SHIPX collects, uses, shares and protects information obtained in connection with our courier, COD, pickup, delivery, tracking, settlement and other logistics services, as well as through our website and related communication channels.
When you register with SHIPX, book a shipment, use our COD services, contact us or otherwise interact with our services, we may collect information necessary to provide and manage those services.
This may include the merchant’s name, business name, phone number, email address, business and pickup information, as well as the sender’s and consignee’s name, phone number, delivery address and shipment details. We may also collect information relating to the shipment, including CN or tracking number, COD amount, declared shipment information, weight, delivery status, payment and settlement information, claims and customer support communications.
Where required for business, verification, payment, tax or legal purposes, SHIPX may also collect information such as CNIC, NTN or other relevant documentation.

Our merchants may provide SHIPX with personal information belonging to their customers or consignees for the purpose of fulfilling shipments.
Such information may be used to contact the consignee, arrange delivery, confirm delivery details, collect COD payments and manage delivery-related communications. Merchants are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide to SHIPX is accurate and that they have the appropriate authority to provide such information for shipment and delivery purposes.
To operate our services, SHIPX may share relevant information with its authorized employees, riders, delivery personnel, operational teams, courier and transportation partners, technology and cloud service providers, communication providers, payment or financial service providers and other service providers involved in providing or supporting our services.
We may also disclose information where required by a court, government authority, law-enforcement agency or other lawful process, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of SHIPX, its customers or others.
We limit information shared with service providers to what is reasonably required for the relevant service or purpose.
Where SHIPX uses third-party service providers or logistics partners to provide a shipment or related service, relevant information may be shared with those parties as necessary to perform the service.
For international shipments, information may also be provided to international carriers, agents, customs authorities and other parties involved in the shipment, clearance and delivery process.

SHIPX may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices or applicable requirements.
