Terms and  Conditions

Effective Date: 15 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all courier, COD, pickup, delivery and logistics services provided by SHIPX (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or using SHIPX services, the Shipper/Merchant (“you” or “Merchant”) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. SHIPMENT INFORMATION

The Merchant is responsible for providing complete and accurate sender and consignee information, including names, phone numbers, addresses, COD amount, shipment contents, declared value and any other information required for the shipment.

SHIPX may rely on the information provided at the time of booking. Any loss, delay, additional charges or service issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information may be the responsibility of the Merchant.

2. CONSIGNMENT AND BOOKING

Each shipment may be assigned a Consignment Note (CN), tracking number or other shipment reference. Booking and shipment information recorded through the SHIPX system or account shall constitute the applicable shipment details.

The Merchant is responsible for reviewing shipment information before dispatch and notifying SHIPX of any material error as soon as reasonably possible.

3. PACKAGING

The Merchant is responsible for ensuring that shipments are properly packed, sealed and suitable for normal handling, transportation and delivery.

SHIPX may refuse, hold, return or otherwise deal with a shipment where the packaging is considered unsafe, inadequate or unsuitable for transportation.

4. PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS

SHIPX does not accept shipments containing illegal drugs or narcotics, weapons, ammunition, explosives, hazardous or dangerous materials, counterfeit goods, cash or currency, or any other item prohibited by applicable law or regulation.

SHIPX may refuse, hold, return or otherwise deal with any shipment where required for legal, regulatory, security or safety reasons.

5. INSPECTION AND VERIFICATION

SHIPX may inspect, scan, weigh, measure or otherwise examine a shipment where reasonably necessary for security, safety, weight verification, operational, regulatory or legal purposes.

Acceptance of a shipment does not constitute confirmation that its contents comply with these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

6. DELIVERY AND RETURNS

SHIPX will make reasonable efforts to deliver shipments to the provided consignee address.

A shipment may be returned or otherwise handled as a return where the consignee is unavailable, the address or contact information is incorrect, the consignee refuses the shipment or COD payment, delivery attempts are unsuccessful, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed due to legal, regulatory, safety or operational reasons.

Any applicable return or additional charges will be handled in accordance with the Merchant’s agreed tariff or applicable service terms.

7. COD SERVICES AND SETTLEMENT

Where COD service is selected, SHIPX may collect the specified COD amount from the consignee on behalf of the Merchant.

COD amounts will be settled according to the applicable tariff, settlement schedule or other agreed commercial terms.

Shipping charges, applicable taxes, returns, adjustments, disputed amounts, deductions and other agreed charges may be deducted from the amount payable to the Merchant.

The Merchant is responsible for ensuring that the COD amount provided to SHIPX is accurate.

8. CHARGES AND SHIPMENT WEIGHT

SHIPX charges are based on the applicable tariff or agreed rates.

Shipment charges may be calculated using actual weight or volumetric weight, as applicable. SHIPX may reweigh or remeasure a shipment and adjust the applicable charges where a difference is identified.

Any additional charges resulting from incorrect weight, dimensions or shipment information may be adjusted in the Merchant’s account or settlement.

9. LOSS, DAMAGE AND CLAIMS

SHIPX takes reasonable care in handling shipments. For an eligible product shipment that is lost or damaged, and where satisfactory supporting documentation is provided, SHIPX may, subject to investigation and verification, compensate the Merchant up to 50% of the verified manufacturing, sourcing or purchase cost, subject to a maximum verified cost of PKR 10,000.

Any compensation is not automatic and remains subject to investigation, verification, supporting evidence and the applicable terms of the service.

For products with a verified manufacturing, sourcing or purchase cost above PKR 10,000, the Merchant is responsible for arranging additional insurance or shipment protection where available or appropriate.

Claims relating to visible damage, shortage or tampering should be reported to SHIPX within 24 hours of delivery. Concealed damage should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after discovery, together with relevant supporting evidence.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHIPX shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, income, business opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings.

SHIPX shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, government restrictions, strikes, riots, major transport disruptions, regulatory actions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability, right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. MERCHANT RESPONSIBILITY

The Merchant is responsible for ensuring that shipments are lawful, accurately declared, properly packaged and suitable for transportation.

The Merchant is also responsible for providing accurate consignee information and obtaining any permissions, documentation or approvals required for the shipment.

The Merchant must comply with applicable laws, regulations and SHIPX requirements relating to the shipment and its contents.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

SHIPX may use authorized third-party courier, transportation, technology, payment, customs or other service providers to provide or support its services.

Where reasonably necessary for the performance of the service, relevant shipment and customer information may be shared with such providers in accordance with applicable requirements.

13. SERVICE TERMS AND CHANGES

Specific rates, settlement schedules, service levels, additional charges and other commercial terms may apply to a Merchant in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

SHIPX may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in its services, business practices, technology or applicable requirements. Updated Terms & Conditions will be published on the SHIPX website and will apply from the stated effective date, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan.

Subject to any mandatory statutory or legal jurisdiction, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
